Erica Cerra (born October 31 1979) is an Canadian actor best known for her portrayal of Deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy show Eureka. Cerra was British Columbian born of Italian origin born in Vancouver. When she was eight years old she fell in love with acting, and was featured in numerous commercials on television. Her acting career was interrupted during a period of time. But, in 2001 she returned to the scene at just 22, she was a star. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine recognized her in 2005 as one Vancouvers 5 hottest up-andcoming actresses. Cerra has appeared as Deputy Jo Lupo in Eureka a Syfy series that ran between the years 2006 until 2012. A music video featuring the Michael Buble track Save the Last Dance for Me was also released in 2006. Cerra is known for her the lead roles in a variety of popular and critically acclaimed TV shows including Battlestar Galactica and The L Word. Film credits include Blade:Trinity, starring Wesley Snipes and Ben Affleck in the lead role, as well as Man About Town. Khondabi said she was the middle child which meant she was able to take clothes from the closets of my sisters. She married Joey Scribner Howard her high school sweetheart, who now is a Mechanical Engineer working in the power utility industry. Khondabi said that she along with Joey were best friends at Greenwood Christian School for years before dating in their final year of high school. Howard graduated from Dutch Fork High School in Irmo, but Khondabi and Howard kept in touch. They began to date. Khondabi, who graduated in 2007, is an Emerald High School graduate and graduated from Emerald High School in 2011 and is a University of South Carolina graduate with a degree broadcast journalism. She minored in sports and entertainment management. Joey has graduated from USC as well. Liam their dog the only pet they have. Khondabi and Joey are food lovers and Khondabi's favourite dish from home are onion rings from Dixie Drive-In. Dixie Drive-In. Khondabi stated, "I'm a very curious person." When I was in elementary school, I used to conduct educational interviews which would air on our school news show and also present the school's daily news. Oakland Elementary had a news program known as WOAK. Khondabi says that following college her first real job as a news reporter on TV was at WAGT Augusta Georgia. Khondabi writes, "I was a news reporter for six years." In Augusta following Augusta I was hired as a morning reporter at WOWK Charleston West Virginia, and later in Columbus Ohio I was employed as a traffic host and morning news on local ABC and FOX affiliated stations.
